Job Title – Nursing In charge

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Nursing In charge to manage nursing operations and ensure quality care, safety, and well-being of residents in our Assisted Living Setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise nursing staff, caregivers, and daily nursing activities.

- Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medication administration.

- Ensure proper personal care, hygiene, nutrition, hydration, and resident safety.

- Coordinate doctor consultations, medical follow-ups, and emergency care.

- Prepare duty rosters and ensure smooth shift handovers.

- Maintain nursing records, medication charts, care plans, and incident reports.

- Ensure compliance with infection control practices and nursing protocols.

- Communicate with residents' families and coordinate with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Experience

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.





- Valid State Nursing Council registration must.

- Minimum 5–8 years of nursing experience, preferably in a Team Lead, Nursing In charge, or Supervisory role.

- Experience in elderly care, geriatric care, assisted living, or long-term care is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Nursing staff supervision and team management.

- Medication management and emergency response.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Compassion, patience, and a resident-focused approach.
