Job Summary

Global Properties – Maple High Street is looking for an experienced and responsible Electrician to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across the mall premises. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance throughout the mall.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, distribution boards, wiring, switches, sockets, and lighting systems.
- Attend and resolve electrical complaints from shops, offices, common areas, and other facility locations.
- Maintain indoor, outdoor, emergency, and common-area lighting systems.
- Identify electrical faults and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Assist in the maintenance of DG sets, UPS systems, and other electrical equipment, as assigned.
- Coordinate with the engineering and facility maintenance teams for repair and maintenance activities.




- Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Maintain records of electrical complaints, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of electrical tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Required Skills:-

- Strong practical knowledge of electrical wiring, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults independently.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance.
- Experience in commercial buildings, malls, hotels, or facility management will be preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills, punctuality, discipline, and teamwork.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.
- ITI Electrician or a relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Ability to work in a commercial facility environment and attend maintenance emergencies as required.

Salary & Benefits:-

- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000, depending on experience and skills.
