A reputed real estate developer with residential projects and select infrastructure developments in multiple cities across India.
About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Architect with 3+ years of experience to support design development, working drawings and approvals for residential projects. The role works closely with consultants and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Drawings
- Prepare concept, schematic and design development drawings for residential projects
- Develop detailed working drawings: plans, sections, elevations and details
- Prepare presentation drawings and 3D views as required
Approvals & Compliance
- Prepare approval drawings as per UDCPR / DCPR and local authority norms
- Coordinate with liaison consultants on submissions and revisions
Coordination & Site Support
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and landscape consultants to integrate drawings
- Conduct site visits to resolve design queries and ensure execution matches the drawings
- Maintain drawing registers and track revisions
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / Revit; Photoshop / Lumion is a plus
- Understanding of UDCPR / DCPR, building bye-laws and construction detailing
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Qualification
- B.Arch from a recognised institute
- COA registration preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3+ years with a real estate developer or architecture firm on residential projects
- Strong portfolio of working drawings and executed projects
- Candidates based in or near Thane, Mulund, Bhandup, Kalwa, Airoli, Ghodbunder Road, Dombivli or Kalyan preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
