1. Proficiency in Excel, Word and AutocaD

2. Quantity take-off from drawings - Architectural and Structural drawings

3. Rate analysis and preparation of cost reports

4. Preparation and verification of contractor bills

5. Site measurement and Quantity verification

6. Coordination with architects, engineers and site team

Experience: 1 to 3 years
