Job Description

Southern Stock Academy is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert potential leads into admissions for our stock market and trading education programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain our stock market and trading education courses to potential students.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested candidates.
- Convert inquiries into course admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide course-related information.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion.




- Participate in promotional activities and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
