Job Summary

Singhal Vyapar Private Limited is hiring 200 Collection Executives for its Outbound Calling – Payday Loan Collections Process at Gurugram, Haryana. We are looking for motivated and target-oriented candidates with experience in loan collections, overdue payment follow-ups, customer calling, or financial services.

Candidates with experience in Payday Loans, Digital Lending, NBFCs, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with customers to facilitate timely repayment and improve collection efficiency.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries and repayment-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records, collection updates, and follow-up details in the system.
- Follow company policies, collection procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards during collection calls.




- Escalate disputed accounts and complex customer issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of collection activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 pass.
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, loan collections, tele-collections, or recovery processes.
- Experience in Payday Loans, Digital Loans, NBFCs, Fintech, Banking, or other financial services will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and office applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work from the Gurugram office.
