Role Overview

We are looking for motivated, hands-on IT Recruiters with 2–4 years of experience in technology recruitment to join our growing Hyderabad team.

The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, a good understanding of technology roles and the ability to independently manage recruitment requirements in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, interview coordination, offer management and joining follow-ups.
- Source technology professionals across Java, .NET, Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
- Identify qualified candidates using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Understand technical job descriptions and assess candidates for relevant skills, experience and project exposure.
- Screen candidates for compensation expectations, notice period, location preferences and availability.
- Submit quality candidate profiles through client portals within agreed timelines.




- Coordinate with recruitment managers and clients to ensure timely feedback and interview progression.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide timely updates on submissions, interviews, offers and joins.
- Consistently achieve recruitment delivery targets while maintaining submission quality.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a recruitment consulting or technology talent solutions workplace.
- Strong experience using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
- Good understanding of software engineering roles and modern technology stacks.
- Ability to source, screen and engage candidates independently.
- Experience managing multiple client requirements and working within delivery timelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to hiring for AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Data Engineering or Cybersecurity roles.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools.
- Experience working with client portals, applicant tracking systems and recruitment performance metrics.
