A Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable cinema experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with tickets, seating, and show timings.
- Assist with food and beverage services.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in cinema areas.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth cinema operations.
Required Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation may be preferred depending on the role.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and teamwork.
- Ability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
