About the Role
You will own and grow our BFSI vertical. You will sell Internet Leased Line (ILL), Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), MPLS/VPN, point-to-point links, and branch/ATM connectivity to banks, cooperative banks, NBFCs, microfinance companies, insurance firms, brokerages, and fintechs.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a pipeline of BFSI accounts across your assigned region
- Sell multi-location connectivity for branches, ATMs, data centers, and head offices
- Engage IT heads, CISOs, network managers, procurement, and vendor management teams
- Respond to RFPs, tenders, and vendor empanelment processes
- Position SLA-backed uptime, redundancy, backup links, and security features
- Work with pre-sales, feasibility, and delivery teams to meet rollout timelines for large branch networks
- Negotiate commercials and contracts, including multi-year and multi-site deals
- Coordinate with system integrators and managed service partners serving BFSI clients
- Manage renewals, bandwidth upgrades, and account expansion
- Maintain pipeline and forecast in CRM; report weekly




- Achieve revenue, new-link, and account-penetration targets

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream (MBA or B.Tech preferred)
- [3 to 7] years of B2B sales experience in telecom, ISP, or networking, with at least [2] years selling to BFSI
- Understanding of ILL, DIA, MPLS, SD-WAN, and SLA structures
- Familiarity with BFSI buying processes, including RFPs, vendor onboarding, and compliance requirements
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Fluent in [English, Tamil, Hindi, or local language]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
