Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager – Immigration Services

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager with strong knowledge of immigration services, including Permanent Residency (PR) and Work Permit programs. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales consultants, drive revenue growth, achieve team targets, handle escalations, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of immigration sales consultants.
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide expert guidance on PR and Work Permit programs.
- Monitor lead management, conversions, and sales performance.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversions and team productivity.
- Work closely with operations and case processing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Requirements





- 4+ years of experience in immigration sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of PR, Work Permit, and immigration programs.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in escalation handling and process improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
