About the Role

As Accounts Supervisor, you will oversee our day to day accounting operations and keep our books accurate, compliant and up to date. This is a fully onsite role at our Kozhikode office. You will guide the accounts team, review entries, manage statutory filings and report directly to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance and reconciliations
- Review and verify journal entries, invoices, vouchers and expense records
- Prepare and finalise monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory filings within deadlines
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client follow ups
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and external advisors




- Monitor cash flow, budgets and expense tracking
- Guide and review the work of junior accounts staff
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and proper documentation across all records

Requirements

- B.Com or M.Com with CA Integrated
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting software
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work with minimal supervision
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Willingness to work onsite full time in Kozhikode
