Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Sales Coordinator
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

CTC: 3 to 4LPA

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRE / Sales Coordinator to manage customer interactions, coordinate sales activities, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth sales operations.
Maintain customer databases, lead records, and daily sales reports.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and client interactions.




Assist in lead management, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales documentation.
Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve basic customer queries.
Track sales progress and support the team in achieving monthly targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM software.
