Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, administration, reception, billing, and other departments.
- Supervise OPD/IPD operations and ensure smooth patient services.
- Manage hospital staff, duty rosters, attendance, and overall team performance.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, hygiene, and patient safety standards.
- Monitor hospital performance, operational expenses, and resource utilization.
- Maintain operational reports and ensure smooth coordination across all hospital departments.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of direct experience working as a Hospital Operations Manager in the hospital/healthcare sector. Experience in other industries or general administration alone will not be considered.
