Job Openings – Security Department

We are looking for Security Officer to join our Security Operations team.

Experience: 2–3 years in a similar field
Location: Goa

Security Officer
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily on-ground security operations across assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and security audits.
- Check grooming, discipline and overall performance of deployed security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with security SOPs and company policies.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Identify operational gaps and take necessary corrective action.
- Coordinate with security agencies and site teams for smooth operations.

- Conduct regular night checks across assigned sites.
- Monitor the alertness, discipline and performance of night security personnel.
- Implement fines/penalties as per the approved security policy.
- Attend to and coordinate the response to incidents occurring during night hours.
- Share incident details promptly with authorised personnel.
- Check CCTV visibility during night inspections.




- Check grooming and discipline standards of deployed security guards.
- Monitor compliance with visitor-entry policies during late hours.
- Maintain proper records of fines/penalties imposed, including the reason and relevant details.
- Ensure strict compliance with security SOPs and night-shift procedures.

Candidate Profile:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in security operations/supervision.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to conduct independent site inspections and handle incidents.
- Willingness to work on-ground and conduct night inspections as required.
- Local candidates preferred for both positions.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
