Role Overview

Budhia Steel ko apne VKIA, Jaipur plant/office ke liye ek experienced Senior Accountant ki zaroorat hai jo factory operations, inventory accounting, statutory compliances (GST/TDS), vendor billing aur balance sheet finalization ko independently handle kar sake.

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & Core Accounting:
- Day-to-day accounting transactions, sales/purchase ledger entry, debit/credit notes Tally Prime / ERP me manage karna.
- Plant raw materials (coils, sheets, hardware) aur finished goods ki inward-outward inventory valuation aur reconciliation.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance:
- GST: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filings, ITC matching (GSTR-2B vs purchase books), E-way bill generation, aur E-invoicing handle karna.
- TDS/TCS: Monthly TDS/TCS calculation, timely challan deposit, quarterly 24Q/26Q return filing aur Form 16/16A issue karna.
- Reconciliation & Reporting:
- Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) weekly/monthly complete karna.
- Vendor/Customer ledger reconciliation,



debtor age analysis aur payment recovery follow-ups.
- Plant petty cash, freight/transport bills, aur factory overheads ka verification.
- Audit & Finalization:
- Monthly trial balance, Profit & Loss account, aur Balance Sheet schedule prepare karna.
- Internal aur Statutory auditors ke saath coordinate karke audit queries close karwana.
- Monthly MIS reports plant management ko submit karna.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / MBA (Finance).
- Experience: 3 se 7 saal ka experience (Manufacturing, Steel, Roofing, ya Heavy Fabrication industry ka direct exposure advantageous).
- Software Knowledge:
- Tally Prime / ERP 9 me robust hands-on experience.
- MS Excel: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) me proficiency.
- GST portal, Income Tax portal, aur E-way bill portal par working knowledge.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, manufacturing accounts understanding (scrap, freight, raw material tracking), aur strong communication skills.

Job Details & Benefits

- Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM / 8:00 PM
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 / month

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
