Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: High school diploma or technical training, certification, or an associate degree in laser technology, electronics, or mechanical engineering is often preferred.

· Experience: 1 to 4+ years of hands-on experience operating CNC laser or industrial cutting equipment.

job Summary

The operator transforms raw materials into precision-cut components using digital blueprints and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) software. This role requires careful attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and strict adherence to workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Machine Setup & Calibration: Load material sheets, install the correct lenses and nozzles, align fixtures, and select appropriate assist gases.

· Programming & Operation: Select or modify cutting programs, input parameters (laser power, cutting speed, focus, and gas pressure), and run CO2 or fiber laser machines.





· Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD layouts, cut-lists, and engineering specifications.

· Quality Control & Inspection: Check finished parts against dimensional requirements using measuring tools, inspect for defects, and sort scrap or finished components.

· Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine checks, clean lenses, address minor mechanical or software malfunctions, and log maintenance records.

· Safety Compliance: Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), follow laser safety rules, and keep the work area clean.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
