Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies based on client objectives.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns and AEO.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Plan and manage social media marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize results, and prepare client reports.
- Recommend strategies based on campaign data and business goals.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and maintain robust client communication.
- Collaborate with the MediaFlexx founder and creative team to deliver quality results.

Requirements

- Practical experience in digital marketing and campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.




- Understanding of SEO, lead generation, and social media marketing.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a growing agency.
- Must be based in Hyderabad or able to work from Hyderabad as required.

Compensation and Partnership Structure

This is not a fixed-salary position.

The role follows a performance-based revenue-sharing model. The partner will receive an agreed percentage of revenue from the clients and projects they manage.

MediaFlexx will support client acquisition and business development, while the digital marketing partner will take responsibility for delivering the agreed marketing services.

The revenue-sharing percentage, responsibilities, payment terms, and project scope will be mutually agreed upon before work begins.

Earnings will depend on the number and value of projects, the agreed revenue-sharing arrangement, and the work undertaken.
