Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team at a cloud-based IT company in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, explaining the company's services, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's cloud-based IT solutions and services.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Explain service offerings to prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales or business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.




- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to improve lead conversion.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or sales.
- Fluency in English language.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to communicate confidently with potential clients over the phone.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Experience in an IT company or selling IT, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
