We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Executive to handle customer sales and showroom activities for tiles, marble and sanitaryware products.
The ideal candidate must have previous sales experience with a Tiles, Marble, Sanitaryware, Bathware or similar building-material company.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers at the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Explain and recommend suitable tiles, marble, sanitaryware and related products.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders and payments.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, architects and interior designers.
- Maintain product knowledge, including sizes, designs, brands, pricing and specifications.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for order delivery.
- Maintain showroom/product displays and ensure proper presentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up records.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory: Previous experience in Tiles & Marble / Sanitaryware / Bathware / Building Materials sales.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a showroom/retail sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of product pricing, sizes, brands and specifications.
- Target-oriented and willing to follow up with customers.
- Candidates with experience in a tiles/marble showroom or sanitaryware showroom will be preferred.
Salary & Advantages
- ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month
