A. Job Summary:
The role will provide crucial support to the Design team in terms of detail design and support in on going project status in term of manufacturing and installation.
B. Key Result Areas:
● Develop detail design, layout or detail components and systems and resolve design or other problems
● Analyze specifications, drawings, ideas and data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed
● Develop detailed designs for mechanical equipment and controls.
● Provide details on component descriptions
. ● Review and analyze specifications.
● Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery.
● Correct operating deficiencies.
● Draft technical details.
● Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
● Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to prepare drawings.
● Prepare variations of design.
● Explain concepts to manufacturers.
● Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications
● C. Key Activities
● Document and data control pertaining to the department.
● Drafting structural design of tanks, roof, nozzles and layouts
● To amend any drawing based on discussions & markup.
● Fabrication Drawings checking and dispatch to the factory for fabrication.
● To Prepare bill of raw material. C. Key Competencies Required:
A. Functional
● Knowledge of engineering standards for drawings
Educational:
● ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Draughtsman
● Good command on AutoCAD-2D , 3D software i.e. Inventor or Solid works
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
