REQUIREMENT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

✓ Minimum 1+ Year Experience in Real Estate / Property Dealing is MANDATORY

✓ Must have experience in Dehradun property market (Shimla Bypass Road, Chakrata Road, Premnagar, Kalyanpur preferred)

✓ Must know how to handle clients and close deals

Responsibilities:

- Handle walk-in clients and site visits

- Explain plots / properties to customers

- Closing deals and documentation

- Bike Mandatory
