Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive for our Store Department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, updating stock details, entering material receipts and issues into the system, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update daily store data in Excel and company software/ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movements.
- Prepare and update stock registers, inventory reports, and material issue records.
- Record purchase receipts, delivery challans, invoices, and material requisitions.
- Verify physical stock details against system records.
- Maintain proper documentation of material receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
- Coordinate with the Store, Purchase, Accounts, and other departments regarding stock-related data.




- Identify and report discrepancies in inventory records.
- Ensure all store documents and data are properly organized and updated.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports as required by management.
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software will be an advantage.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with a background in Commerce, Computer Applications, or Inventory Management will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in data entry, inventory management, or store administration.
- Experience in HVAC, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial companies will be an added advantage.
- A responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual.
