Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Manager to manage daily transport operations, coordinate with drivers and clients, monitor vehicle movement, and ensure smooth and timely transportation services.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication, team management, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in transport or fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bus and cab transportation operations.
- Coordinate with drivers, staff, clients, and transport vendors.
- Ensure vehicles are available and operate according to schedules.
- Monitor vehicle movement, routes, attendance, and reporting.
- Handle last-minute changes, delays, and operational issues.
- Manage driver allocation, shift planning,



and staff requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and documentation.
- Ensure safety rules and company procedures are followed.
- Maintain daily operational records, reports, and data.
- Handle client queries and resolve transportation-related complaints.
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle performance, and operational costs.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, drivers, and the operations team.

Requirements

- Experience in transport operations, fleet management, or logistics will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage drivers, staff, and multiple vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations.
- Responsible, organised, and willing to take ownership of daily operations.
