We are looking for a motivated and responsible Telecaller Manager to lead our telecalling team and help drive customer engagement, lead generation, and sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the telecalling team.
- Assign daily calling targets and leads to telecallers.
- Monitor daily calling performance and follow up with team members.
- Track calls, leads, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
- Train and guide telecallers on effective communication and sales techniques.
- Ensure team members follow the company's calling process and guidelines.
- Review daily work reports submitted by telecallers.
- Identify performance issues and help team members improve.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
- Follow up on important leads and support the team in closing opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or team management.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and online communication tools.
- Good follow-up and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach.
- Freshers with strong communication and leadership skills may also be considered.
