Job Title: International Chat Support Executive – Non-Voice Process

Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand per month

Job Description:

We are hiring candidates for an International Non-Voice Customer Support role. Candidates will assist customers through chat and provide accurate, timely resolutions to their queries.

Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries through chat support.

* Assist with account, service, and transaction-related concerns.

* Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.

* Manage multiple chats while maintaining quality and productivity.

* Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Requirements:

* Positive written English communication skills.





* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

* Experienced candidates only (min 6 months - 1 year of BPO Exp)

* Willingness to work night shifts.
