Experience: Relevant immigration industry experience, preferably with prior team management responsibilities. Candidate should have experience in Counselling (Minimum 2-5 years experience in immigration firm as Senior visa counselor)

- Lead, manage, and supervise the daily operations of the tele caller department.
- Manage and guide team members to achieve departmental targets and business objectives.
- Oversee student visa, visitor visa, work visa, and other immigration-related cases.
- Ensure proper verification of client documents, application forms, and supporting evidence.
- Monitor case progress, application deadlines, and submission quality.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, visa regulations, and country-specific guidelines.
- Handle complex cases,



client escalations, and critical application issues.
- Coordinate with counsellors, documentation officers, legal advisors, and other departments.
- Strong Leadership: Capable of leading, managing, and motivating the entire team with confidence.
- Smart & Well-Presented: Qualified appearance, sharp personality, and excellent grooming.
- Debating & Negotiation Skills: Logical, persuasive, and capable of presenting arguments effectively

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
