NEON POWER is looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor to supervise Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station installation projects at various locations across India. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with technicians and contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that installation work is completed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise EV charging station installation activities at different project sites.
- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, contractors, and project managers.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
- Ensure proper installation practices and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Track project progress and report daily updates to the management team.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment at project sites.
- Maintain site records, attendance, progress reports, and installation photographs.
- Coordinate with clients and site representatives whenever required.
- Travel to different cities and states as per project requirements.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering may also be considered,



depending on relevant experience.
- Previous experience in site supervision, electrical installation, or EV charging infrastructure will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, installation procedures, and site safety.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
