Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President – Banking to lead business development, drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and oversee banking operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive growth in lending, deposits, and banking products.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
- Oversee credit risk, portfolio quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Lead, mentor,



and manage high-performing banking teams.
- Monitor KPIs and report business performance to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 12–18+ years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
- Proven leadership, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of credit, risk management, and banking regulations.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
