Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 2–5 years in operating Accurate machine
Location: Bhosari - Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Core Responsibilities
- Component Inspection: Perform dimensional, profile, and geometric checks on machined parts, castings, or assemblies using CMM hardware.
- Program Execution & Editing: Load, run, and modify existing measurement programs using industry software like CALYPSO, PC-DMIS, or MCOSMOS.
- Blueprint & GD&T; Interpretation: Read engineering drawings, control plans, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) symbols.
- Quality & Reporting: Generate First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process, and final inspection reports, logging any non-conformities.
- Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate CMM probes, clean granite tables, align fixtures, and perform routine machine upkeep.
- Manual Tool Verification: Use supporting bench instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges when needed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
