Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to work closely with architects and the design team to develop interior design concepts, create 3D models in SketchUp, and produce high-quality, photorealistic renders using AI tools and rendering software. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, lighting, color theory, and commercial interior design standards, along with the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with architects to understand design concepts, drawings, and project requirements.
- Develop and refine interior designs, 3D models, furniture layouts, and detailing using SketchUp.
- Generate high-quality, photorealistic renders using AI visualization tools, Enscape, and D5 Render.
- Perform post-production and image enhancement using Adobe Photoshop.
- Apply a robust understanding of lighting, materials, textures, color combinations, and design theory to create compelling visualizations.
- Ensure designs align with commercial interior standards, project requirements, and design intent.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining design accuracy and quality.
- Manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality outputs within tight project timelines.
- Learn and adapt to new software, AI tools,



and visualization workflows as required.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and other team members throughout the design process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp and a willingness to develop advanced 3D modeling skills.
- Familiarity with Enscape, D5 Render, AI-based visualization tools, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, color theory, composition, and interior design principles.
- Awareness of commercial interior design standards and contemporary design trends.
- Ability to learn new software and workflows quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
