About the Role

B2B Campus is seeking an industry-experienced US Truck Dispatching Trainer to prepare students for careers in the American trucking and freight logistics industry. We are looking for someone who understands real dispatching operations and can turn practical industry knowledge into effective, career-focused training.

This position is suitable for professionals who have worked in US trucking operations and are confident in guiding beginners through dispatching tools, load booking procedures, and broker communication.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive training sessions on US trucking operations and dispatching procedures.
- Demonstrate how to search for available loads, compare rates, select suitable lanes, and coordinate load assignments.
- Provide practical guidance on load boards, including DAT and Truckstop.
- Explain rate negotiation strategies and professional communication with freight brokers and carriers.
- Train students in load tracking, route coordination, dispatch planning, and shipment updates.
- Familiarize learners with common logistics paperwork, including rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs.
- Organize mock broker calls, dispatch simulations, and practical learning activities.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practice sessions, and feedback.




- Help students understand workplace expectations and prepare for entry-level dispatching roles.
- Keep training materials aligned with current US trucking practices and freight industry requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- At least 1 year of practical experience in US Truck Dispatching, Freight Operations, or a closely related logistics role.
- Working knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, load booking, rate negotiation, and freight coordination.
- Understanding of US trucking terminology, freight lanes, and broker-carrier relationships.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver structured training and explain operational concepts to freshers.
- A responsible, organized, and student-focused approach.
