Job Description: Social Media Manager

Beyond The Decor Global is looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. The role will focus on creating and managing engaging social media content for luxury weddings and events.

Experience: 3–4 years
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media calendars across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish posts, stories, reels and event updates.
- Write transparent, engaging captions that reflect the brand’s voice.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and event teams to gather content.
- Cover wedding functions and events on-site when required.
- Track performance and share regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest ideas that suit the brand.




- Ensure content is accurate, timely and consistent with the visual direction of each project.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience managing social media accounts.
- Strong writing, communication and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram formats, trends and analytics.
- Experience with Canva or similar content tools; basic video-editing skills are an advantage.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Interest in weddings, events, design or luxury brands is preferred.
