- Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and sales staff.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, stock movement, and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and showroom standards.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer complaints.
- Analyse sales reports, identify business opportunities, and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Coordinate with finance, accounts, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen market presence.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews to ensure consistent operational standards.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
