Role Brief

PurpleCode is hiring Site Incharges for a leading mechanical engineering and construction organisation. The role involves leading site execution, managing project resources and teams, and ensuring timely project completion in line with quality standards and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines and milestones.
- Manage resource allocation, budgets and expense tracking.
- Lead site teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Monitor progress,



conduct quality checks and proactively manage risks.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely, quality-driven project delivery.

Key Requirements

- BE in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of total experience.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a reputed organisation.
- Solid project planning, resource and budget management skills.
- Excellent team leadership, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred age range: 40–50 years.
