We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our team in Ernakulam. The candidate will assist in recruiting international nursing professionals by contacting potential candidates, identifying suitable profiles, and supporting them throughout the recruitment process. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates looking to build their careers in HR and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential candidates using the leads provided by the company and other recruitment channels.
- Identify candidates interested in international nursing job opportunities.
- Screen candidate profiles and resumes based on job requirements.
- Explain job opportunities and guide candidates through the initial recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and follow-up records in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Coordinate with senior recruiters and team leads to meet daily recruitment targets.
- Follow up with candidates regularly and ensure timely updates on their recruitment status.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn recruitment tools and systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

What We Offer
Salary package of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
