Position: Ward Boy / Healthcare Attendant

Alam Hospital & Research Centre is looking for hardworking, polite, and dedicated Ward Boys / Patient Attendants to support our clinical nursing teams and ensure compassionate patient care across hospital wards, ICUs, and private rooms.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Assistance: Assist admitted patients with bed-to-wheelchair transfers, movement to diagnostic labs (X-Ray, CT Scan, Ultrasound), and daily personal hygiene support as needed.
Ward Hygiene & Setup: Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, change bed linens, and ensure bed rails and support equipment are safely set up.
Sample & Report Movement: Safely carry diagnostic samples from wards to pathology/blood bank laboratories and bring back test reports promptly.
Medicines & Supplies: Fetch prescribed medicines from the hospital pharmacy and collect sterile items/linens from CSSD/laundry for floor use.
Clinical Support: Assist floor nurses and doctors in emergency patient transfers and positioning during physical examinations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Class 10th (Matriculation) or 12th pass.
Experience: 0–2+ years of prior working experience as a Ward Boy or Attendant in a hospital, clinic, or nursing home (Freshers with good attitude are welcome to apply).
Skills: Soft-spoken, helpful nature, physical fitness for handling patient transfers, and willingness to follow hospital hygiene rules.
Availability: Versatile to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night).
