Job Role
We are looking for a Pre sales Associate to connect with clients, understand their requirements, identify suitable properties, and coordinate with the respective teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make calls to clients and understand their property requirements.
- Gather details such as budget, preferred location, property type, and other preferences.
- Match client requirements with available properties.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Forward client requirements and relevant details to the respective residential or commercial team.
- Maintain client information and follow-up records.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in pre sales, tele calling, customer service, or real estate.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Kannada language skills will be an added advantage.
Salary and Incentives
Fixed salary of ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance. Performance-based incentives are provided in addition to the fixed salary.
