Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and achieve assigned production targets.
- Manage manpower allocation, attendance, discipline, and worker productivity.
- Monitor production processes, including Dipping, Electronic Testing (ET), Foiling, and Packing.
- Ensure product quality, rejection control, and compliance with SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Monitor machine performance, minimize downtime, and coordinate with the Maintenance Department.
- Maintain production records, batch documentation, and daily production reports.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, workplace safety, hygiene, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.




- Ensure proper shift handover and timely reporting to the Production Manager.

Required Skills

- Production planning and manpower management.
- Knowledge of quality standards, GMP, and SOPs.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

- Achievement of production targets.
- Reduction in rejection, wastage, and downtime.
- Quality and documentation compliance.
- Manpower productivity and safety compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
