About the Role

Ovio Planners is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Business Development Team. Our company focuses on corporate events, brand promotions, marketing activations, and event management solutions.

We are looking for candidates who are interested in sales, business development, client communication, marketing, and building professional relationships.

Position

- Male Candidates: Business Development Executive

- Female Candidates: Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities.

- Reach out to potential corporate clients and businesses.

- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable event and marketing solutions.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Coordinate with the internal event and marketing teams to understand client requirements.

- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.

- Support the team in achieving business development targets.





Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Any degree or diploma is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing is an advantage.

- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
