Architecture Professional

LATN Academy is looking for motivated and skilled architecture professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust foundation in architectural design, project management, and industry-standard design software.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in architectural design development and project coordination.
- Manage and coordinate architecture-related projects and activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

- B.Arch degree.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 2+ years of experience are preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray or Enscape, and Photoshop.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required SkillsPreferred Skills

- Strong understanding of architectural planning, building design, and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of building regulations, local building codes, and construction standards.
- Ability to prepare working drawings,



detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
- Understanding of construction materials, detailing, and execution processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Architecture or Interior Design
- Experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
- Experience handling live construction projects
- Practical experience in Revit/BIM-based architectural projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage both academic training and professional project responsibilities
