Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Civil Procurement with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in civil construction procurement across Civil EPC, infrastructure, construction, or real estate projects.

The candidate should have experience in civil material procurement and subcontract management for residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure projects, including vendor management, negotiations, POs, and WOs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement of civil construction materials, including steel, cement, and other building materials.
- Handle subcontract procurement and prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs).
- Develop vendors, negotiate rates, and manage delivery schedules.
- Monitor market rates, material specifications, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with project/site teams and internal departments for deliveries, approvals, billing,



and reconciliation.
- Maintain procurement records using ERP or procurement software.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Graduate in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant civil construction procurement experience.
- Hands-on experience in both material and subcontract procurement, including POs and WOs.
- Experience in Civil EPC, construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
- Solid knowledge of steel, cement, construction materials, vendor management, and market pricing.
- Experience with procurement/ERP software.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
