Role & Responsibilities
Support business development, commercial property sourcing, and property stacking activities.
Identify and connect with property owners, landlords, investors, and developers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property stakeholders.
Coordinate calls, meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
Conduct market research to identify vacant commercial spaces, upcoming developments, and new business opportunities in Pune.
Collect and update property details, availability, ownership information, specifications, and commercial terms.
Assist in preparing proposals, maintaining property databases, and supporting transaction closures.




Work closely with the Team Lead to understand commercial leasing, property sourcing, and real estate transactions.

Skills & Qualifications
Valuable knowledge of Pune’s geography or willingness to learn.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel across Pune for meetings and property visits.
Good research, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proactive, confident, organized, and eager to learn about commercial real estate.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
