Job Description

We are looking for a delivery-focused Senior Associate with experience in executive search and leadership hiring. The candidate will manage candidate pipelines, support CXO and senior leadership mandates, coordinate with clients and senior consultants, and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery and mandate closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of CXO and senior leadership hiring mandates.
- Build candidate pipelines through talent mapping, market research, and targeted sourcing.
- Coordinate with clients, senior consultants, and engagement managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and competency-based screening.
- Present shortlisted candidates with evaluation notes and suitability recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through compensation discussions and offer finalization.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and candidate availability.
- Ensure timely mandate closure while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or senior-level recruitment.
- Hands-on experience handling VP, Director, CXO, or other senior leadership mandates.
- Strong skills in talent mapping, candidate research, sourcing, and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong ownership, delivery orientation, and focus on recruitment outcomes.

Preferred Background

- Experience working with executive search firms, boutique search firms, or leadership hiring teams.
- Exposure to sectors such as BFSI, Technology, Consumer, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
