1. Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Staff Nurse to join our nursing team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patients' health, assisting doctors during medical procedures, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments as per doctor's orders and hospital protocols.
- Assess patients' conditions and promptly report any changes or emergencies to the treating doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, medication charts, and other clinical documentation.
- Ensure proper patient identification, medication safety, and infection prevention practices.
- Follow hand hygiene, sterilization, biomedical waste management, and hospital infection control protocols.
- Assist with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and patient education.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care wherever required.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing colleagues,



and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their attendants.
- Ensure proper handling and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.
- Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality requirements.

3. Educational Qualification

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.

4. Experience Required

- 2–4 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in a hospital or multispeciality healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience in patient monitoring, medication administration, emergency care, and clinical documentation.
- Experience in ICU, emergency, ward, or other specialized departments will be an advantage, depending on departmental requirements.

6. Working Conditions

- Full-time, on-site position.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

7. Salary and Benefits

Salary will be decided according to prevailing market standards, based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, clinical skills, and suitability for the role. Other benefits will be as per hospital policy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
