Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Emergency Room Resident Medical Officer (ER RMO) to join a reputed healthcare facility in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for managing emergency cases, providing immediate medical care, and ensuring timely treatment and stabilization of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients arriving at the Emergency Room.
- Provide immediate medical attention and emergency treatment.
- Stabilize critical patients and coordinate referrals when required.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions.
- Assist in emergency procedures and resuscitation.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration with the relevant medical council.
- Prior experience in Emergency Medicine, ICU, or casualty is preferred.
- Good clinical judgment and emergency management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
