Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Trainer to deliver professional training to students, working professionals, and aspiring SAP consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM, a positive understanding of warehouse management and logistics processes, and the ability to explain SAP functionalities through practical examples and real-time business scenarios.

The candidate should be capable of delivering structured training sessions, providing hands-on demonstrations, and guiding learners through SAP EWM configuration, warehouse operations, and industry-relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP EWM modules and functionalities.
- Explain SAP EWM architecture, warehouse structures, and end-to-end warehouse management processes.
- Train learners on warehouse organization, storage types, storage sections, storage bins, and activity areas.
- Provide training on inbound processing, goods receipt, putaway, and outbound processing.
- Explain picking, packing, staging, loading, and goods issue processes.
- Train learners on warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, and warehouse process types.
- Cover physical inventory, replenishment, slotting, and rearrangement processes.
- Explain handling unit management and resource management.
- Provide training on RF framework and warehouse execution processes.
- Explain integration of SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, and Transportation Management, where applicable.
- Train learners on SAP EWM configuration, master data, and process troubleshooting.
- Provide practical demonstrations, assignments, and real-time business scenarios.




- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Guide learners through implementation scenarios, case studies, and project-based exercises.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Good understanding of warehouse management, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Knowledge of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and physical inventory processes.
- Experience with warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, and warehouse process types.
- Understanding of warehouse master data and configuration.
- Knowledge of handling units, RF framework, and warehouse execution.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC-integrated EWM and/or SAP S/4HANA EWM.
- Understanding of SAP EWM integration with SAP MM and SD.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain functional concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an SAP EWM Consultant, Warehouse Management Consultant, or SAP EWM Trainer.
- Experience in SAP EWM implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM or Decentralized EWM.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation, RF devices, and logistics execution is an added advantage.
- Experience working in logistics, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Previous experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
