Job Purpose

To develop, test, improve, and commercialize innovative IoT-based products through hardware design, embedded firmware development, sensor integration, connectivity, and system validation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and improve IoT-enabled electronic products and embedded systems.
- Design and test prototypes, electronic circuits, and PCB assemblies.
- Work with microcontrollers, sensors, communication modules, and embedded firmware.
- Integrate IoT devices with gateways, cloud platforms, and monitoring applications.
- Perform product testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors, production, quality, and procurement teams.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOMs, test reports, and product documentation.
- Research current technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Ensure product quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and timely development.
- For managerial roles,



plan project schedules, allocate resources, mentor team members, and monitor R&D; deliverables.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of IoT systems, embedded electronics, and firmware development.
- Familiarity with Embedded C/C++, ESP32, STM32, Arduino, or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of Wi-Fi, BLE, GSM/4G, LoRa, MQTT, and related communication protocols.
- Knowledge of circuit design, PCB development, sensors, and hardware debugging.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple development activities and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics, ECE, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in R&D;, IoT product development, electronics, or embedded systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
