Wellflare Agro is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the FMCG sector. Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Promote company products and achieve sales targets.
- Manage distributor networks and coordinate with existing customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support marketing activities and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- FMCG industry experience is required.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
