Job Description: SURE 60 Gurukul Murthal is looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented, and dynamic Management Head to oversee and manage overall operations, admissions, and team performance. The candidate will play a key role in driving growth, ensuring smooth functioning, and achieving institutional targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the institute Drive admissions and ensure achievement of targets Supervise calling team, counseling team, and administrative staff Develop and implement strategies for student enrollment and retention Monitor team performance and ensure regular follow-ups Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for overall growth Maintain discipline, efficiency, and a professional work setting Handle parent/student queries and ensure high satisfaction levels Prepare reports on admissions, performance, and operations
