JOB DESCRIPTION – MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Location: Bijapur, Karnataka
Experience: 5–7 years
CTC: ₹40,000–₹90,000 per month
Project Duration: 3–6 months

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise mechanical commissioning activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project plans, technical specifications, and procedures.
- Monitor site execution and verify that prescribed commissioning processes are followed correctly.
- Oversee mechanical checks, equipment alignment, piping inspections, testing, and related activities.
- Identify deviations and coordinate with the project team for resolution.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth commissioning.
- Maintain commissioning records, checklists, and punch lists while ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.




- 5–7 years of experience in mechanical commissioning and/or maintenance in the power sector is mandatory. Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, piping, and turbo machinery is preferred.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings, piping isometrics, and P&IDs.;
- Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

Compensation & Employment Terms

- Travel and accommodation will be arranged by the company or reimbursed as per agreed terms.
- Deployment may involve shift-based working, depending on project requirements.
- The engagement is project-based for approximately 3–6 months. Continuation beyond the project duration is not guaranteed and will depend on business requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
